In March, 2001, we decided to open Herbert Law Office with 2 main goals:

First, we would talk with our client to find out their current legal situation, then discuss various options for improving their situation. Every client is unique so every plan must be different too.

Second, based on the options chosen by the client, we would set a “flat fee” for those legal services. There would be no billable hours where the client would have to guess about the final fee and might feel hesitant to ask a question for fear of getting a higher balance on their account with our office. And we would offer discounts for veterans, first responders and teachers, whose important work is often under-appreciated.

Thousand of satisfied clients and 22 years later, those ideas are still the foundation of Herbert Law Office. We are proud of our high ratings on Google but just as proud about the number of referrals we get from happy client and their families.
